As you are reading these lines, you are entering the virtual playground of all
Vietnamese students in the UK. From different backgrounds, we have come together under one roof:
The Association of Vietnamese Students in the UK (SVUK) founded in London in February 2001 - on
the verge of the new millennium. It draws together over 200 (the number keeps growing each year)
members currently studying at A-level colleges, universities, or working at research institutions
across the United Kingdom. In setting up this website and calling it our home, we share a common
belief that we can all make a difference in our lives by sharing with each other our own thoughts,
knowledge and experiences.
About our website
The creators of this site when pooling their efforts aimed to provide a virtual meeting place for
all Vietnamese students in the UK in the forms of forums and regularly updated information channels.
It also acts as a window through which visitors to our website can view
essential facts about Great Britain,
about us, our activities, our ways of life. Hopefully, at the end of your tour, we will have brought you
something to satisfy your enquiry and interests: news and discussion,
information on British schools.
